How to access patient's images:

1. Scan the QR code  on the patient identification label on envelope or on report letterhead. Alternatively, click on the link below.
2. USERNAME: Enter the PATIENT UID as per the label on envelope or report.
3. PASSWORD: Use the patient's Date of Birth(DOB) as per the envelope label and report format (DDMMYYYY) - Numericals Only

Using Web Server:

1. Following the above steps, you will have access to all the patient of interest images.
2. The images can be viewed in 3 ways:

a. Download to OSIRIX DICOM Viewer. Free download (MAC OSX only). https://www.osirix-viewer.com. (see image 1)
b. Open in Java Viewer (see image 2)
c. Open in Web Viewer (see image 3)
